Richardson Electronics expands line card

April 3, 2008 -- Richardson Electronics has released its 2008 line card for its RF, Wireless and Power Conversion division, which designs and distributes components, modules and assemblies used in markets including RF and wireless infrastructure, network, digital broadcasting, defense and power conversion.

The dual-format line card features the most up-to-date listing of the distributor's 77 global suppliers, including eleven new suppliers. According to Richardson, suppliers featured in the line card have access to key global customers, as it will be distributed by local sales engineers at customer visits and tradeshows.

The expanded line card will also help customers searching for products by category, says the distributor. Product categories in the line card include semiconductors, connectors, cable assemblies, and passives for wireless communications plus power semiconductors and passive power components for alternative energy and high power applications.

The new line card is available in three formats: downloadable PDF, interactive, and hard copy/printed. Downloadable and interactive line cards can be accessed online at rfwireless.rell.com. Printed line cards can be requested online.
